She is a trained classical vocalist with a master's degree in Indian Classical Music(Vocal)from Delhi University- Miranda House and Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, New Delhi and a post-graduate degree in sales & marketing management from LBSIM, Delhi and IIT DELHI.
Highly experienced - Music and Entertainment industry professional, having worked on senior management positions. Presently associated with the leading music streaming service "GAANA" as HEAD-Content & Partnerships, part of the core leadership team.

In the present role as Head -Content & Partnerships in Gaana - she has been credited for starting streaming industry 1st -exclusive non-film music series "GAANA ORIGINALS " featuring singles by top singers and music composers and Film music exclusive series "GAANA EXCLUSIVES" with movies like RACE 3, BAZAAR, RAW, VISHWASAM(TAMIL/TELUGU/KANNADA), KHAKI(TELUGU/TAMIL), SIKANDAR-2(PUNJABI), RANGROOT(PUNJABI), MARR GAYE OYE LOKO(PUNJABI) etc.
These two exclusive music series made GAANA become the number 1 streaming service with 100 mn monthly active subscriber base along with the product innovations on the platform..
For almost 16+ years I was associated with Indian music and film industry -which gave her opportunity to handle biggest bollywood blockbusters and Non-film albums.
Few of her Bollywood projects include- RACE, KISMAT KONNECTION,HELLO,AJAB PREM KI GHAZAB KAHANI, TOH BAAT PAKKI , NAQAAB, RAJA HINDUSTANI, PARDES, TAAL, Khosla Ka Ghosla, JAL etc to name a few.
Non-film albums include commercially successful albums with " Mr Amitabh Bachchan (Shri Hanuman Chalisa), Sonu Nigam, Atif Aslam, Jagjit Singhji, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Shankar Mahadevan. Some of my path breaking newage /fusion albums have been with santoor maestro Rahul Sharma, Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia, Ustad Zakir Bussain, Taufiq Quereshi,Bickram Ghosh, Abhijit Pohankar etc.she has also managed artistes like ATIF ASLAM, STEREO NATION TAZ, JAL BAND , RAHAT FATEH ALI KHAN, JAGJIT SINGHJI etc for live shows across the country and overseas.
Mentioned below are few of the Film & Non-film mega projects /conceptualized and executed by me -which got laurels for the company and also bears testimony to my deep understanding about the way music and entertainment content should be created and treated -
1-Bollywood Movie" JAL"s original sound score which got nominated in the first list for original sound score category for Oscars for the year 2015, coordinated and executed by me. Music by Sonu Nigam-Bickram Ghosh.
2-SHRI HANUMAN CHALISA - Sung by Superstar Shri Amitabh Bachchan and 20 leading playback singers from the country.The highest selling devotional album of the year 2011-2012 ,composed by bollywood composer late Shri Aadesh Shrivastava.
3-SHRI KRISHNA SANKIRTAN/SHRI AADISHAKTI SANKIRTAN/SHRI SAI SANKIRTAN- Jagjit Singh- These three were the last recorded devotional albums of late ghazal legend -Shri Jagjit Singhji.
4-VANDE MATARAM-A NEW MILLENIUM, A NEW INDIA, A NEW MELODY- Featuring 21 artistes from the country-composed by tabla maestro Bickram Ghosh-the song album won the GIMA award .
5-TIBETAN MASTER CHANTS - Got nominated for Grammy.
CONFLUENCE-2 featuring piano legend Richard Clayderman and newage santoor player -Rahul Sharma.
6-CLASSICALLY MILD- Sonu Nigam
7-RACE - Handled the songs production and music video featuring Atif Aslam for the movie - right from finalising the songs to getting singers like Atif, Sunidhi,
Taz, Monali sing to the songs, to handling album creative to sale and distribution. RACE first edition was the highest selling album of year 2008.
