Mohan, based in Mumbai, is one of the A&Rs for JioSaavn's in-house label, Artist Originals (AO). In his role, Mohan identifies and develops emerging South Asian talent who have the potential to reach a global audience. In addition, he seeks new partnerships, crafts bespoke artist development plans, and manages the label’s strategy and operations.
