Ms. Priti Deshpande is a media and entertainment lawyer and has a masters degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, U.S.A (formerly the Franklin Pierce Law Center), in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Laws. She has extensive experience in matters relating to intellectual property, media and entertainment, and information technology laws. Within media and entertainment law, she specializes in music copyright. She has been in the field of media and entertainment for 10 plus years and is currently advising the Universal Music Group on legal matters in relation to music copyright and also looking into the publishing business of the company.
