Ritika Batta leads Music Content Partnerships at YouTube. She is also an Amazon and Zomato alum. In her role as Manager of Music Content Partnerships, she collaborates with major global players in India, local labels, and aggregators. Alongside, she has crafted and executed essential projects to enhance the local music scene and amplify YouTube’s role in the music industry. At Amazon, her previous role, Ritika held the position of Manager (Program Management), where she led a team of Designers & Program Managers to enable advertisers to leverage Creative as way to grow Display performance and the business in turn, while operating as a Think Tank rather than a production team. During her tenure at Zomato she played varied roles as Senior Manager of Operations, Area Sales Head, and part of the Central Sales Strategy Team.
