Led brands to succeed in terms of profitability, market share, and customer acquisition.
In her current role at IPRS, Rumpa heads the Corporate Communication & Member Relations being instrumental in driving the member outreach and development programmes, leading member enrolment initiatives, and expanding IPRS's footprint. In her role as the Communication lead, she has been focusing on building the new brand image of IPRS and driving conversation across platforms on issues shaping the future of music and music makers.
