SAVAN KOTECHA is an American songwriter and record producer. His artist collaborations include the biggest hits for Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, Ellie Goulding, Usher, Maroon 5, Britney Spears, Camila Cabello, One Direction, and Sam Smith. He is the recipient of nine BMI Awards, 21 ASCAP Awards, two Billboard Music Awards and seventeen Grammy nominations. His songs have achieved number-one status all over the world, having sold more that 400 million copies. His most recent collaborations with Ariana Grande hit #1 on the Billboard charts. In the narrative film and TV space, Savan developed an original TV pitch with Temple Hill and Tommy Kail, which is now set up at Apple. He also sold an original feature idea, UNT. INDIAN BOY BAND PROJECT, to Universal with Marc Platt Productions, with Nisha Ganatra attached to direct. Savan also developed an original feature idea with Red Wagon and Billy Ray, which sold to Warner Bros. Most recently, Savan wrote all the original songs for the Netflix’s hit feature, EUROVISION.
