"Vishaal is National Content Director of the company and also looks after the content for the international businesses of ENIL. He has been associated with the company since February 2003 and has played a key role in launching various stations across the network and overseas and strategizing their rise to number 1 in different cities. He started his career in ENIL as a radio jockey and has played a significant role in making Mirchi the #1 radio brand in the country in terms of listenership. In 2019 in the IRS, Mirchi has been recognized as the No 1 FM station of the country with 4 cr listeners
Mr. Sethia has a total experience of over 23 years and his areas of strength include Analytics & Strategy, Creative Thinking, Acting and People Management. Mr. Sethia is also a professional actor, trainer and public speaker. He has been in over a over 150 stage shows, including plays, quiz shows, TVCs and a couple of films with the most noted names in the industry. He trains creative people in the media and entertainment industry and has conducted multiple workshops on public speaking, theatre techniques, leadership programs, book readings, etc. He holds a Graduate Degree in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, is a Chartered Accountant and holds a software diploma"
