Adarsh is the Chief Executive Officer of Airtel Digital and Chief Product Officer of Airtel. He joined Airtel after spending 16+ years in the United States where his most recent role was at Convoy Inc. as the Vice President of Product and Growth. At Convoy, he was responsible for building a digital marketplace for trucks and helped grow the company to a unicorn in under 2 years. Before joining Convoy, he was leading Product, Data and Engineering at Marchex, a mobile advertising analytics company. He also held leadership roles at Microsoft where he led the product group for media and browser technologies and managed 700M+ monthly active users. He also worked at McKinsey & Company, helping Fortune 100 companies in technology and retail.
At Airtel, he is responsible for:
- Airtel & digital business – Airtel Ads, Airtel IQ, Airtel Finance, Wynk Music and Xstream Video.
- Product vision and strategy across Airtel& B2C and B2B products and Pay, Data and Distribution platforms impacting 360M+ customers, 2K+ enterprises and 1M+ SMBs.
He completed his MBA from The Wharton School and holds engineering degrees from BITS Pilani and University of Florida.
