I am SOCIAL. I love people. I love the idea of how people interact, what motivations drive their interactions, and what secret spices make them work in tandem. I presided the Students' Gymkhana at IIT Kanpur due to that passion, and since then I have just gone headfirst into my IKIGAI. After working with the Government and NGOs for two years, I joined ShareChat app as the Strategy Lead for my own state of Uttar Pradesh. Since then, I have got the opportunity to lead community operations for Hindi, then North India. Most recently I have worked on finding the ideal role of creators as the key contributors to a growing community, and used it to build the Creator Success Program at ShareChat. Now I am leading the Creator Success Program at Moj, our new social video platform - made in India, for Indians.
