JANINE SMALL, PLLC
Janine Small has been practicing as a music and entertainment lawyer for over 25 years and is a devoted advocate for a wide range of performers, songwriters, managers, record producers, and executives. In her own practice and during her long tenure as a partner at Carroll, Guido, and Groffman, she honed expertise in representing promoters of live events and has been continuous counsel for some of the largest U.S. festivals, including Bonnaroo, Outside Lands, Lockn’, Clusterfest and Hangout among others.
Janine is a past chairperson of the American Bar Association Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries and also lectured on music industry contracts as an adjunct professor at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City.
Ms. Small is licensed to practice law in New York and California.
