FOUNDER, MOX (MOVEMENT OF EXPRESSION)
'95 born Mrinal Paul raps under the alias of MOKSH on socio-political issues revolving around him. The critically acclaimed multi-lingual rapper from Shillong also wears the hat of an Entrepreneur, Promoter, Artist manager and a Media professional.
Besides working on multiple occasions with festivals and brands such as Bacardi NH7 Weekender, RSJ Massive, Budweiser, Monster Energy, TVS, Casio to name a few, MOKSH has planned and promoted tours, gigs and releases for some of India's biggest hip hop stars namely, Enkore, G'nie, Stunnah Beatz (one half of the pioneering producer duo, StunnahSez Beatz) and more. He has lead operations and business development for community driven youth platforms such as ATKT.in and Grapevine among others in the region. In 2018, he designed and executed vaccination campaigns and awareness programmes for the National Health Mission in rural areas of Northeast India.
With an experience of having worked with a diverse set of brands, venues and organisations, MOKSH launched the independent artist collective, Movement Of Expression popularly abbreviated as MOX in 2017. Their artist development and label vertical was started in August 2019 which boasts of handpicking a roster which comprises of some of the most unique rappers, songwriters, singers, record producers and visual creators.
