In his earlier role as Executive Director at Sony Music, he had over the years driven the strategic vision of the company to make the label a significant player in the Indian music industry. He had shaped and given direction to robust business models and leveraged key talent/creative artists relationships to drive growth and sustainability in the rapidly changing business landscape.
