Shalmali has won the love and recognition of her audiences over and over again for having delivered chart busters like Pareshaan, Balam Pichkari, Daaru Desi, Lat Lag Gayi, Baby Ko Bass Pasand Hai, etc.
But that isn’t what she has limited her music career to. In recent years Shalmali has made a mark in the independent music scene with releases in Hindi and English alike.
She recently released an English Pop/RnB album titled 2X Side A. She also debuted as a music composer for the Marathi Film June this year. Her Hindi releases Ruka Ruka and Kalle Kalle also garnered a lot of love. Shalmali is a pop star in the truest sense whether it be her live act which is choreography intensive, her music videos or the music she releases.
