An enabler of the arts, Shilpi has been one of India’s leading cultural curators over the past decade. She has held key roles at MTV and Wizcraft, until she went on to helm the Culture Marketing program at Red Bull India for eight years.
From leading the Red Bull Music Academy (RBMA) program in India, bringing the iconic RBMA stage to Magnetic Fields Festival, running educational programs to mentor young artists, producing special commissions, to bringing alive India’s only live music venue on wheels, The Red Bull Tour Bus, Shilpi has been the forefront of the independent music scene in the country.
For the last two years, she has branched out as an independent culture curator and artist mentor, helping develop artist residencies and collaborative projects across youth culture.
