Sujal Parekh, currently Finance Director at Warner Music India and SAARC region since February 2021. He is responsible for delivering ‘Sustainable Profitable Growth’, provide leadership to all aspects of financial stewardship, FP&A and long-term business strategy, work as “Co-Pilot” for Business.
He is been strong in developing and implementing financial control & process improvement. He has a keen eye for risk assessments, finance auditing and innovative solutions. Prior to Warner Music India he was associated with BookMyShow - Big Tree Entertainment, during his association he has held various key positions and has extensive experience in project management and corporate finance. He has handled many challenging assignments in the group that include raising resources from the domestic and global markets, corporate restructuring and regulatory matters.
He has been a key member of various senior management cross-functional teams on risk management, operations and driving growth. Sujal is a dedicated observant financial advisor with professional experience of 16+ years with graduation from NM College, Mumbai.
