Alick Sethi has been a music supervisor for nearly 20 years. Starting as a radio DJ/producer on his own UK show, he moved into sync by repping small indie labels and unsigned artists for sync deals onto TV commercials and movies.

Concentrating on developing markets - Russia, Central Europe, India and Asia, he soon morphed himself into a full service music supervisor - producing composers, performing creative searches and licensing.

Alick is extremely motivated by the aspect of the industry pointing towards craftsmanship. He takes a great deal of pride in being able to decipher the nuances of a creative brief, take a poignant image or story, and find the song that will set it up just right for the audience, as the film-maker intended.
