Meghana Bhogle is currently heading the IPs & Touring vertical at Paytm Insider where her focus is on content & curation for branded IPs & Artist Tours through digital and live experiences.
Previously worked at Oranjuice Entertainment, a division of Fountainhead MKTG, where she was ran and managed conceptualization, curation to execution of events/festivals/theatre productions/tours like The Mahindra Blues Festival, The Russell Peter's Deported World Tour (India), The Prateek Kuhad Winter Tour 2019, The Arijit Singh Concerts in Bombay (2016 & 2020), Aditya Birla Group's Aadyam, NCPA Add Art, Celebrate Bandra.
Journey from Academics to Work
Having graduated from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics with a majors in marketing and Industrial psychology, she moved on to do a short yet exciting stint at Only Much Louder. Her job profile at OML included content creation, artist programming and copy-writing, which also required her to interact with Independent bands/artists across the country.
Post OML, Meghana moved on to working at Inkfruit.com, an apparel company with a vibrant workforce. She handled social media marketing, online marketing as also copywriting for the website.
She completed her MBA with a specialisation in marketing while exploring the musician in her through ad work and solo gigs, across the city as well as the ones with her band (Voctronica) which was managed by Sony music, India.
She joined Sony Music India immediately after completing her MBA. She worked as an A&R consultant with the company for 2 magical years working on projects like Coke Studio, Live from the Console and more. A good chunk of her time was spent on scouting for artists that could be signed to the label some of which were Divine, Arjun Kanungo, Dub Sharma and Brodha V
Through her programming expertise, Meghana helped market and curate a fair few initial months of a Bombay venue called The Tuning Fork (now known as Habitat)
