Moving on to OML Entertainment, Rahul managed some of the biggest names in indie music space as well as the Stand-Up Comedy arena, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of concert and event production. From working with renowned acts to representing pop culture icons, He delved deep into the business, leaving no stone unturned in his quest to understand its intricacies. The pioneering independent artist manager, catalyzed digital streaming's rise and led the triumphant brand + music + artist collab between Ritviz and Bacardi, reshaping cultural norms in the industry.
However, it was Rahul's profound commitment to India's ever-evolving music scene and the well-being of the artists he managed that gave birth to UnderTheRadar. In stark contrast to the prevailing trend of quick success with no sustainable plan, Rahul firmly believes in identifying unique talents, nurturing them, and supporting them unwaveringly through all challenges is of utmost importance to build trust and confidence.
